Meet Mr. Jackson

Pepi Jackson, is the CEO/President of the Riverside County Black Chamber of Commerce (RCBCC).  Pepi has a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from University of La Verne. Recently he received his Master of Science Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Cal State University San Bernardino. 


Pepi is a business and social innovator. Pepi has been instrumental in increasing RCBCC’s reach into the social environment by the creation of community-based projects that have positive effects on the minority business community.


Pepi lead RCBCC to become the first Black Chamber to ever become a Covered California Navigator Entity. RCBCC helped to enroll thousands of individuals and small businesses into affordable healthcare insurance. Under his leadership new and important programs, such as an after-school program to introduce youth into understanding entrepreneurship and the importance of owning their own business someday.   Reaching out to young people helps to demonstrate the holistic impact of the relationship between a healthy community and an economically empowered community.


Pepi and his wife Sylvia have resided in the Riverside community area for over 25 years, and they have three adult children. Together they have pledged their commitment to assisting in building a strong healthy economically empowered and diverse Riverside community. 


Pepi believes that “health equals wealth” for the future of the Black community.
